Call a specific number

To call a specific number open Menu | Search/Call or press f

1. Enter the full telephone number in the search field or click on the number in the search result.
• If the number is among your latest 10 contacts it is available in filtering option History.
• If the number is dialled any time before it can be selected from the Numbers category.
• If the number is marked as a favourite you can find it from filtering and/or sorting by Favourites.
2. Click on Make call.

Click on to the right to clear the search field and remove any chosen filters.

Search to call colleague

To call a colleague with a specific skill, serving a specific queue or belonging to a specific area:

1. Open Menu | Search/Call or press f.
2. Enter one or more letters, for example initial of a queue name, and/or use the filtering options Subareas, Queues, Skills, History and Favourites.
   
3. Click to select from the search result.
4. Click on Make call.
